Arterra Interactive provided 3D visualisation and CGI services to bring Greaton’s vision of a vibrant, mixed-use community of Altum in Sydney’s CBD to life. Our work focused on showcasing Altum as a unique blend of residential, commercial, and retail spaces—a vertical village designed to enhance social interaction and capitalise on Tech Central’s transformative growth.

The visuals we crafted highlight Altum’s defining elements, including a 50-storey tower with Built-to-Rent residences, a hotel, a commercial and innovation hub, and retail spaces. These assets, rendered in detailed CGI, underscore Greaton’s innovative approach, inviting both the stakeholders and the community to experience Altum’s potential as a landmark destination in Sydney’s evolving skyline.

Our 3D visualisation promises Greaton an effective engagement to its potential development and capital partners, illustrating the project’s promise to redefine urban living in the heart of the city.
