Arterra Interactive was selected as the preferred visualisation supplier by the NSW Government after successfully securing multiple tender submissions for Sydney Metro. Trusted to deliver literally hundreds of photorealistic CGI’s, 3D Animations, and Interactive VR applications showcasing network of four metro lines, 46 stations and 113km of new metro rail from 2010 until 2024 and beyond.
The visualisations have provided a pivotal role underpinning Community Consultation, Stakeholder Engagement, Media release and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
Methodology & Pipeline designed for Transport projects
AI relied on it’s unique 3D modelling and visualisation pipeline to deliver under extremely short time frames while maintaining quality. Relying on our experienced Architectural design modelling team to develop 3D digital models using the industry's most advanced BIM modelling software and dynamically linking this to our 3D animation software. In addition AI deployed it’s photorealistic Sydney CBD & Western Sydney 3D digital city assets including 3D models and digital mapping systems.
AI continues to lead Sydney Metro’s digital communications through innovation, advanced technology and storytelling. Setting the benchmark for Australia's biggest transportation and infrastructure project.
