Description
More than ten hectares of public land near one of Sydney's best-connected train stations will be transformed into a residential, entertainment, and technology hub on Sydney's doorstep. This is the next step in the Redfern North Eveleigh Precinct's overall realisation, planning, and design, which involved Arterra Interactive into producing the visualisations for this large-scale renewal development.

Arterra Interactive is proudly involved in the production of the Paint Shop Sub-precinct animation. Our 3D visualisation helps the community see the bigger picture of the rezoning proposal and understand the essential properties that contribute to the project's significance to the city.
